This porcelain coffee cup is from the Empire Porcelain Company from England. According to the hallmark, it dates back to the 1940s-1950s. The lovely cup has a green floral pattern. The Empire Porcelain Company was established about 1896 in Staffordshire. The company produced a wide range of pottery and porcelain. After the Second World War Lazarus & Rosenfeld Ltd., a European ceramics group, owned the company. They were also the founders of the Victoria Porcelain Factory. Because the works were difficult to modernise the business closed in 1967.
